ABOUT PERSONAL LIFE COACHING

  Recently I saw a post online on one of the social media websites questioning the relevance of a life coach. I was quick to respond, maybe because I thought “how ignorant could people be-let me school him a little”. I later withdrew because that is not how I want o set a foundation for the new year and it is probably not worth it. Non the less I have taken advantage of the situation to write my first newsletter here, to lay down a few facts about a personal life coach. I needed a professional support system to enable me be able to achieve some of my goals because I saw the gap in my lifestyle. ABOUT ME

Hi. Welcome to the space of personal life coaching, I am Antony Kwayo. I have a background in basic French and German. I have facilitated bible study sessions at my church for a continuous period of 7 years voluntarily. This has sharpened my people skills, especially on understanding basic mental, emotional and spiritual needs. I am an introvert. I have handled leadership in college and at workplace, in a relational and voluntary capacity. With my Engineering background , I'm solution oriented and work towards best practices to ensure minimum breakdowns in operations and maintenance. I have mixed up my all-around life experiences together with coaching training and other leadership material including reading relevant books and book summaries to enable me to give out my best in helping people be better and do better.
